The annual General Business License and Home Occupation License fee is $80.00 and is based on a calendar year. Fees are prorated monthly.
The annual Public Market License fee is $20.00 and is based on a calendar year. Public Market License fess are not prorated.
All businesses located in a commercial space are required to have a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) to occupy a commercial property.
A Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is often obtained through the Tenant Improvement (TI) process. However, a new C of O can be issued without a TI plan for minor changes to businesses such as:
The Investigative Inspection Permit confirms that construction work is not being performed that requires a Tenant Improvement Plan.

The Realtor and his Brokerage Firm must be licensed in Arizona.
The Realtor must provide a copy of his Real Estate License showing the expiration date and a copy of an active Business License for his Brokerage Firm from the municipality where the Brokerage Firm is located. If the Brokerage Firm is located in a municipality that does not require a Business License, we would need a copy of the Arizona License for his Brokerage Firm showing the expiration date.
If the Brokerage Firm is in Oro Valley, they must have an active Oro Valley Business License.
No background check or photo required.
The license is valid for 6 months or the expiration date of the realtor license, whichever date is sooner

Annual Business License / Business License Receipt
Your Annual Business License and Receipt will be sent at the completion of the application process. The Business License is not transferable and must be posted in a conspicuous place.
