ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (Feb. 6, 2023) – The Town of Oro Valley Parks and Recreation Department is needing community input on the splash pad coming soon to Naranja Park!

There are two design options for the community to pick from (see below). Each design features the same footprint, shade, wall seating, and play zone transitions (tot, family, dynamic) that are accessible to all. They both share similar structures such as an OV bucket tower, the custom quail archway and spray features. The main differences are option A includes a multilayered play table and flower spray tower and Option B include a slide.

Residents can view and pick their favorite design via a survey, which can be found by clicking here, or by pasting the following URL into a web browser: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/dcec0f8964f04f55857ae84ef1f5cd4f

The survey will be open until February 17. Once the voting is closed, the winning design will be announced on the Parks and Recreation Facebook page, shared in the February 23 Parks and Recreation weekly email, and posted to the Parks Bond Project page.
