ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (April 27, 2023) –Battle of the Bands, originally scheduled for Friday, April 28, has been postponed. But don’t worry – the Town of Oro Valley is working to reschedule the free concert and a new date will be announced soon!
The new date for Battle of the Bands will be announced via press release, social media and in the Parks and Recreation weekly email blast. Be sure to subscribe by clicking this link and selecting the “Parks and Recreation Weekly Email” option.
Battle of the Bands features high school bands that bring their musical talents to the Oro Valley community. Bands will perform a 3-song setlist in front of a live audience at Riverfront Park. The winning band will be selected by a panel of judges and will receive a recording session with Luna Recording Studio. Second and third place prizes will also be awarded.
