Public Hearing: Discussion and possible action regarding a proposed General Plan Amendment and Rezoning to an approximately 22-acre property located near the northwest corner of Tangerine Road and La Cholla Boulevard, OV1800934.

The requests seek to change the existing development rights on the property as follows:

1. General Plan Amendment FROM Public/Semi-public TO Medium Density Residential
2. Rezoning FROM R1-144 (large-lot residential) TO R1-7 (small-lot residential)
